1. Who is responsible for your data
Controller: BDA1 ELITE SOCCER ACADEMY, S.L., trading as B1 Sports Academy, CIF B67094821, Calle Rubio i Ors 200, 08940 Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona), Spain. Contact for any privacy question: info@b1sportsacademy.com · +34 647 014 542.
2. What data we collect
Through the website’s forms (applications, bookings, the Camp PASS, proposals, contact and agents) we collect only what each form asks for:
Contact details of the person writing: first and last name, email, phone with country code, country of residence and preferred contact method.
When the participant is an athlete under 18: the athlete’s name, date of birth, nationality and country of residence, sporting information (sport, club, position, level) and, for the Camp PASS, the name and number for the personalised kit; and the parent or guardian’s name and contact details.
The programme choices you make (dates, format, city, accommodation) and any message you write.
We do not ask for special categories of data in the forms. Medical information required for participation is requested later, directly by B1, under its own protection.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
To answer your enquiry (legal basis: your consent and the steps you request before a contract).
To manage admissions, bookings, the Camp PASS and its redemption (legal basis: pre-contractual and contractual measures).
To send newsletters or offers, only if you have given specific consent (legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
To meet legal obligations (for example, accounting and tax records).
4. Minors
In Spain, people under 14 cannot consent to the processing of their data (article 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, LOPDGDD): forms for athletes under 18 are completed by a parent or legal guardian, who gives consent on their behalf.
5. Who processes it for us
B1 uses service providers that process data on its behalf under data processing agreements:
Zoho Corporation (Zoho CRM, Zoho Bookings and, once installed on the website, Zoho SalesIQ): customer relationship management, bookings and chat. B1’s Zoho account runs in Zoho’s data centre in the European Union.
Meta (only if you accept Marketing cookies and B1 enables its tag in Google Tag Manager): measuring B1’s ads.
Google (Google Workspace): email and documents.
Hostinger: hosting of the website.
Zoho SalesIQ (only if you accept Chat cookies): the live chat with B1’s team, on Zoho’s EU servers.
Zoho and Hostinger process the data within the European Economic Area. Google, and Meta if you accept Marketing cookies, are the only providers that may process data outside it; those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for which both are certified, and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries and leads that do not enrol: 2 years from the last contact.
Students and their families: 6 years, to meet accounting obligations.
Images of participants: until consent is withdrawn.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@b1sportsacademy.com with proof of identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
8. Image rights
Photos and videos of participants taken during programmes are used as set out in each programme’s fee sheet and the authorisation signed at enrollment, which can be withdrawn by writing to info@b1sportsacademy.com.
