Part 1. Website terms of use

Use of the website

This website is owned by BDA1 ELITE SOCCER ACADEMY, S.L., trading as B1 Sports Academy (CIF B67094821). By using it you agree to use it lawfully and not to harm the website, its users or B1.

Intellectual property

All content on the website (names, logos, texts, images, videos, design and code) belongs to B1 or is used under licence. You may not reproduce or reuse it without written permission.

Liability

B1 is not liable for interruptions of the website, errors in its content or damage caused by improper use. Prices and conditions are confirmed in each programme’s fee sheet and booking documents.

Applicable law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Barcelona, unless the law grants the user a different jurisdiction as a consumer.

Part 2. Booking conditions

These are the general conditions. Each programme’s fee sheet sets out the full conditions, which prevail.

· A place is confirmed only when B1 receives the payment each programme requires (for example, the enrollment fee, the first week’s tuition or full payment).

· Tuition is non-refundable, except in the cases each fee sheet states (for example, official visa denial).

· Camp PASS: Early Bird (−20%) and Last Call (−10%) are non-refundable in all circumstances. Camp PASS Refundable costs the active tier’s price plus €150 cancellation protection: if you cancel before the deadline, the tier price is refunded; the €150 is non-refundable. The PASS includes 10% off B1 ELITE, B1 SPRINT or B1 IMMERSION booked within 12 months of the camp; it does not apply to the B1 TRIAL.

· B1 does not guarantee sporting results, selection or placement outcomes.

· Partner clubs decide playing minutes and team selection.

· B1 may end a participant’s stay for serious breaches of its rules, residence rules or code of conduct.

· For participants under 18, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for the booking and for the information provided.
